2003 Spirit of Independence Award Honoree
Congratulations to this year's Spirit of Independence honoree, Lois T. Bronz, Westchester County Legislator. Ms. Bronz embodies leadership in the Spirit of Independence. She has been responsible for making the disabled community an integral part of the legislative process - and showing a sensitivity toward human and civil rights issues that translates into inclusion for our cross-disability-rights housing coalition and systems-advocacy network.
